On September 19, 2024, Accredited Lock Supply marked an extraordinary milestone—50 years of dedication, innovation, and service in the security hardware distribution industry. Founded in 1974 by the late Ronald Weaver, our journey began as a modest locksmith operation with just three employees: Ron himself, his father, and his grandfather.

Ronald Weaver's vision for Accredited Lock Supply was born shortly after his service in the United States Army. With a passion for security and a commitment to integrity, he laid the foundation for what became the nation's largest single-source wholesale distributor in the security hardware industry. Over the decades, we have grown to proudly serve customers across the United States and beyond, carrying forward his legacy of excellence.

A Legacy That Lives On

Ronald's dedication to his craft and community remained at the heart of everything we celebrated. His sons, Charlie and William, have continued to uphold their father’s unwavering commitment to the company and the industry. Under their leadership, Accredited Lock Supply has grown exponentially while staying deeply rooted in the values Ron instilled: hard work, innovation, and a commitment to service.

Honoring a Visionary Leader

As part of the celebration of Ronald Weaver's enduring legacy, we hosted our Second Annual Ronald W. Weaver Foundation Golf Outing October 8th. The event brought together friends, family, employees, customers, and industry partners to raise funds for causes close to Ron’s heart. Through the foundation, we proudly continued to support organizations that Ron championed, ensuring that his generosity and community spirit endured.
