Summer has come to an end for some of us and we look towards the fall with cooler weather and holidays. Your Board and Committees are looking towards November when we will meet and plan for the new year.
By the time you receive the next newsletter you should also have received your annual dues statement. We hope that all members continue to see the value you receive from being a part of SHDA and renew.
As you think about 2025, look inside your companies for people that show potential and who would gain from attending the University of Innovative Distribution (UID) program held around March each year. SHDA offers the Al Hoffman Memorial Scholarship to help attend UID. Submissions are due around mid-January and the application can be found under the Education section of the SHDA website.
SHDA Industry Advancement Summit in 2025 will be in a familiar city but in a new location. Save the date of April 28 through May 1 at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort when we will gather to learn and socialize among new and old friends.
